DFS originates two main loan products – a short term bridge loan for fix & flip investors, and a long-term rental loan for landlords growing their rental portfolios. DFS is thriving in the current competitive environment and shows aggressive quarterly growth. Our current origination volume is $100MM per month. DFS is looking for a Loan Application Specialist to help support our growing team. Responsibilities Provide detailed and accurate daily reports to management Maintain and audit a variety of spreadsheets and report any exceptions to management Contact borrowers, investors, and insurance companies on an ongoing basis to help ensure loans close on time Obtain reports need for verification purposes from third party sites Maintain a filing system for open and closed loan files to allow all employees to easily find files without assistance Create borrower files and ensure the docu
