TikTok / Instagram Video Content Creator – YourTango


Part Time / Remote (could grow into full-time role)


YourTango is a purpose-driven publisher focused on relationships, emotional wellness, astrology, news & entertainment, and self-empowerment. We aim to open our readers’ hearts, build relationships, and ignite positive change in millions of lives through compelling, actionable content.


You will work with our social media and editorial teams to grow our TikTok & Instagram presence by creating short-form videos to be used on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.


Duties:



  • Compose TikTok content ideas that are original, relatable, fun and informational



  • Bring your ideas to life by creating, filming, and editing ready-to-post TikToks



  • Collaborate with other members of the team to share ideas, inspiration, and best practices as you create ready-to-post TikTok videos



  • You’ll generate 1 - 5 TikTok videos to post per work day, totaling 5 - 25 videos per week



  • Engage with audience on behalf of platform


Requirements:



  • Creative and passionate about creating impactful video content



  • Knowledge of how to film, edit and use TikTok features; portfolio required



  • Minimum 1 year of TikTok experience



  • Familiar with trends and popular ‘sounds’ being used on TikTok



  • Collaborative – you enjoy working with teams, brainstorming and sharing ideas



  • Passionate, knowledgeable, and / or curious about current events, psychology, relationship and/or astrology topics.



  • Experienced with YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram platforms and best practices


Job Type: Part-time


Pay: $8.62 - $25.00 per hour
