Flexible work hours (accommodations can be made upon request) 1-3 years of prior work experience preferred Prior experience writing contracts preferred Responsibilities: Greet visitors, answer phones and route calls, distribute messages Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries and manage outgoing mail Manage office supplies inventory and place orders General office duties upon request (scanning, copying, faxing, FedEx, coordinating signatures) Manage documentation of capital and tenant improvement projects, including drawings, minutes, correspondence, and closeout packages Coordinate cash flow reports on projects with project teams to assist in monthly reporting Organize and maintain a digital filing system, file correspondence and other records and provide backup support for all staff Keep track of payments due and make sure all bills are paid by the deadline Work with construction project manager on items Ensure compliance to all construction regulations Assist con
