Production Activities Specialist - Fort Meade, MD
Generate, plan, schedule, design, forecast, coordinate, expedite, support, control, initiate, order, validate and facilitate production and processing of cryptographic products. Can follow work instructions (WIs) and standard operating procedures (SOPs), and contribute to their writing and validation and verification (V&V). Can operate common computer equipment, including keyboard, mouse, cd drive, tape drive, printer, etc. Ability to discern problems requiring completion and submission of a trouble ticket. Familiarity with Service Now (SNOW) is desired but not required. Must be able to lift 40 pounds (boxed paper). Must possess Accountability, Customer Service & Rqrmts, Interpersonal Skills, Clear Oral Communication.

Qualifications

ENTRY/DEVELOPMENTAL Entry is with a high school diploma or GED and no experience. Experience in basic computer skills (e.g., e-mail, web browsers, word processors, and presentation graphics) is desired. Experience in print production is preferred.
FULL PERFORMANCE Entry is with a high school diploma or GED plus 4 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 2 years of relevant experience. Degree in any field is acceptable. Relevant experience must include basic computer skills (e.g., e-mail, web browsers, word processors, and presentation graphics). Experience in print production, logistics and database management is preferred.
SENIOR Entry is with a high school diploma or GED plus 6 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 4 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of relevant experience. Degree in any field is acceptable. Relevant experience must include basic computer skills (e.g., e-mail, web browsers, word processors, and presentation graphics), print production, logistics, and/or database management. Formal or informal leadership is preferred.
Pay, Benefits, & Work Schedule
This is a full-time position. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, with basic 8hr/day work requirements between 0600 to 1800 (flexible) On-the-job training, Internal NSA courses, and external training will be made available based on the need and experience of the selectee. Salary Range: $50,643 - $138,868 (Entry - Senior) NSAW Location
