Full Job Description:



We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join us as a Data Entry Clerk. You will be primarily responsible for keeping the company database up-to-date. Moreover, you should be able to gather required documents from clients and verify their authenticity. Data entry agents can come from all various backgrounds including, data entry clerk, telemarketing, customer support, Customer Service, sales, clerical, secretary, administrative assistant, receptionist, call facility, part-time, retail, Warehouse or customer service representative




You should have excellent typing skills and a keen eye for detail. As a Data Entry Clerk, you should ensure that the quality control measures are met at all times. You will be coordinating and overseeing the activities of the Data Entry Operator.



Data Entry Admin duties will include:



  • Updating the internal systems accurately and efficiently.

  • Ensures confidentiality of information by keeping confidential data private and secure.

  • Confirm account and customer information that was entered and correct, evaluate, delete, and reenter information when it is incomplete, or when clearing out files to get rid of duplication of data.

The ideal Administrator will have:




  • Solid Data Entry and Administrative experience

  • Good software knowledge and be tech savvy

  • Experience of working in an environment with confidential information, can demonstrate an understanding of data protection

Skills:




  • Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills

  • Great attention to detail

  • At least 1 year of administration or data entry experience

  • Basic Skills in Microsoft Office applications such as Word,

Responsibilities:




  • Filing physical copies of the data

  • Verifying invoice details and handling invoice payments

  • Cross-checking and rectifying data entry errors

  • Adhering to the quality control measures at all times

  • Ensuring that there is no duplication of data

  • Gathering all required documents and personal details from clients

  • Reviewing and cataloguing data with appropriate tags




Customer service via emails, phone calls, and web customer service. Requirements:




  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Proven work experience in the Administrative department as a Data Entry Clerk, Data Entry Operator, Typist or an equivalent position

  • Excellent typing skills

  • Demonstrating an attention to detail

  • Good written and oral communication skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Good time management and organisational skills

  • Ability to work independently

Pay: From $19.00 - $30.00 per hour
