Indeed Flex is looking for a positive enthusiastic Customer Service Representative in South Austin for an onsite position with one of our clients.


$400 SIGN-ON BONUS INCLUDED!



  • Sign-On Bonus to be paid $200 after 1st week

  • $200 after 4th week of employment.


Pay Rate: $17.00/hr

Schedule/Shifts Available:



  • M-F from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and must work 40.0 hours each week.


Job Description:



  • Sustain metrics and ensure we are meeting our customer service KPIs.



  • Manage day-to-day requests influx to ensure requests are resolved in a timely and effective manner.



  • Identify potential sales opportunities and transfer them to the sales team.



  • Support the post sale needs such as finding missing information, order changes, shipping claims.



  • Address all daily customer emails and sales requests by 6 p.m.



  • Research, Writing, Identification of Customer Needs


Qualifications:



  • Highly adaptable to changes





  • CRM, Fishbowl, MS Office and Google Suite



  • Problem solving/analysis.



  • Communication proficiency.
